Hotel Search Widget — Concept
Single widget, three routing outcomes. No backend.
Routing logic — where this submit would go
How the conditional logic works
- Single-stay (default): one room of guests/children → submits to standard booking flow.
- Suite suggestion: appears contextually when guests ≥ 3, when children are present alongside multiple adults, or when the user enters child ages — offering a one-tap jump to the suites & interconnecting page instead of forcing a separate "room type" question.
- Multi-room mode: triggered by "Add another room". The form converts: each room gets its own adults / children / ages. Submits into the Synexis multi-room journey. The suite suggestion still appears if a single room has high occupancy (so the user can back out of multi-room into a suite).
- Why no top-level toggle: asking "single, suite, or multi-room?" up front is a guess the user shouldn't have to make. Letting intent emerge from the inputs keeps the widget feeling like one search box.
